 Del Chittim

Del Chittim

Del grew up in the Northwest climbing with his Dad  and older brother, Dareld, who was part of the original C4C team.  In over 20 years of mountaineering,  Del has stood on the summit of most of the major peaks in the Cascade range including climbing Mount Rainier seven times.  He serves as a university professor and Director of Finance and Church Planting for the Northwest Ministry Network and is passionate about helping others be a force for good in humanity.  Del loves to write, is the director of the Calibrate Conference and lives with his wife Kerri and their 3 kids in North Bend, Washington.

jeremy vallerand

Jeremy Vallerand

Jeremy grew up in the foothills of the Cascade mountain range just Northeast of Seattle. After making a trip to India in early 2008 and seeing the horrors of Human Trafficking first hand he began working to fight this terrible injustice both domestically and abroad. Jeremy works as a branding and marketing strategist and enjoys traveling the world, exploring diverse cultures (and their food), and anything that involves being out in the mountains.

josh hebert

Josh Hebert

Josh has lived in all four of the pacific coast states. He developed a love for the outdoors in the woods along the Deschutes river in Bend Oregon. This love grew deeper while living in Anchorage Alaska from 11 to 19 years old. After moving to Seattle in 1991 he quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and all that the area has to offer. As the Lead Pastor for Life at the Ridge Church Josh has a unique opportunity to combine his love of people, the outdoors and opportunities to impact world issues.

Matthew Barnett

Matt grew up with a love of the outdoors, and has hiked all over the Pacific Northwest.  He also grew up with a love for God, and a compassion for those in need.  Attending a study abroad program and numerous mission trips in Latin American countries moved his heart to complete a four year degree in intercultural studies (missions) from Corban University. Currently, Matt serves as Children's Pastor at Solid Rock Community Church, where he still has a passion for raising awareness to the injustices going in in the world, and most of all, helping others gain a strong relationship with God.  Matt and his wife Cammy have two children Alexander and Zoe, whom they consider their most important mission field of all!
