Marie Chudnofsky

2015 Mount Baker

Although my life is filled with beautiful blessings, I can not sit idle thinking about children and women who are being used for human/sex trafficking and the reality of what their world is like. Joining Climb for Captives for my first climb allows me to do something about this devastating reality.

Ryan Cox

2015 Mount Baker

Ryan is inspired by the many films and real-life stories of those that have overcome odds, that have fought through pain, and still took one more step when they felt they had nothing left. That kind of persistence is something to be admired.

Robby is a family man with a seemingly unquenchable thirst for challenge and most any activity that takes him outdoors. Spending the early years of his life living in Seattle under the shadow of Mt. Rainier, he dreamt of standing on top. After three intensely gratifying (and painful) Mt. Rainier summits with C4C under his belt, the cause of combatting human trafficking has beckoned him to climb again.

Justin Jackson

Justin was born in Oregon and moved to Washington in his mid 20s where he grew a love for the outdoors. Physical activity and pushing himself to the extreme has always been part of his love for life, whether that be hiking, extreme sports or weight lifting.

Joe Kauzlarich

2015 Mount Baker

My wife and I have become more educated on human trafficking and modern day slavery in the last decade. Since then we have supported several groups who work locally and abroad. We have long had a deep desire to be more involved in as many tangible ways as possible to bring awareness and change.
