Mount Rainier
Mount Rainier is the iconic Cascade volcano. At 14,411 feet, it’s the highest peak in Washington and a popular training ground for mountaineers aiming for bigger objectives. This climb requires previous C4C experience and demonstration of strong fundraising.
Dates: June 28-July 1
Distance: ~18 miles round trip
Elevation Gain: 9,000'
Technical Difficulty: Technical glacier mountaineering and very strenuous hiking with high altitude.
Group Fee: TBD - approx. $250 (includes one night at the Whitaker Bunkhouse)
Mount Baker
Depending on conditions, the Mount Baker team will be climbing the Easton Glacier route. At 10,786' and covered with glaciers, Mount Baker is a PNW favorite and a fantastic option for both seasoned and new climbers looking for a first-time glacier mountaineering experience.
